Niko Ceci is a fast-rising teen actor, dancer, and singer to watch from Toronto, Canada. Niko has had his sights on the entertainment industry since the young age of three when he would watch classics like Annie on repeat and dream of singing and dancing like Fred Astaire. He landed his first on-stage role at the age of six when he was cast as the young Michele in a drama production of the great classic Matrimonio all’Italiana. It was that experience that inspired Niko to continue chasing his passion for performing and eventually pursuing it as a career.
In 2016, Niko booked his first professional role when he was cast as the voice of Eureka in the children’s animated series Creative Galaxy (Prime Video). His first big break came when he starred as the voice for the musical and animal loving Pablo in the remake of the popular animated series Clifford the Big Red Dog (PBS Kids/Brown Bag Films).
Since then, Niko has amassed a significant body of voice work including playing leads in productions such as Corn and Peg (Nelvana/Nick Jr./Nickelodeon/Treehouse TV), Blue’s Clues & You (Nickelodeon), Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum (Brown Bag Films), and Remy & Boo (Universal Kids).
Niko also continues to build his film and television portfolio with roles on Odd Squad (TVO Kids/PBS Kids), Resolve (Sunstone Pictures) and Incorporated (CBS Television Studios).
Coming up next, Niko will be celebrating his biggest role to date starring as Kev in the highly anticipated teen television series I Woke Up a Vampire following the story of Carmie Henley who wakes up on her thirteenth birthday to discover she suddenly has supernatural powers. The show is set to make its premiere this Spring on the Family Channel and later in 2023 on Netflix.
Niko can also be seen starring in part two of the first season of the hit sci-fi anthology series series Circuit Breakers premiering on Apple TV+ this 2023.
When he is not filming or recording for animation, Niko enjoys dancing (hip hop, jazz, tap, contemporary, ballet) and creating, playing and recording his own music. He recently released his Christmas song, Christmas Morning (Spotify, YouTube) this past holiday season and hopes to release his second single later on this year.
