Savvie is the musical moniker for Vancouver industry vet Savannah Wellman.

Her 2015 release “Night Eyes”, a seductive mix of sultry, brooding rock and infectious pop hooks, became a favourite on CBC, and lead to Canadian tour dates and festivals including Rifflandia, CMW, Breakout West, and JUNOfest. The band became known for their high energy performances and Wellman’s captivating vocals and Stevie Nicks-like sorcery on stage. Once the album cycle wound down, Wellman focused in on building Tiny Kingdom Music, an artist management company that has been actively supporting Canadian talent and building a tastemaker reputation. Once Tiny Kingdom was fully rolling, it was time to get back to the rocking, and Savvie hit the studio to record a series of new songs with producer John Raham (Dralms, Belle Game, Dan Mangan). The first single from that session, “Creature of Habit”, was released on June 8th.
